Tea Loaf
A traditional Yorkshire tea loaf, perfect sliced and spread with butter. Perfect fruit loaf for teatime - goes well with a wide variety of hot beverages including tea, chai, coffee as well as desserts like custard, trifle, and ice cream.
At Yorkshire Baking Company, we prepare our tea loaf cake from the best of ingredients. The batter is made to a special Yorkshire recipe, then sprinkled with ripe dried sultanas and oven-baked to achieve a deliciously moist texture.
Origin:
Baked with love in Yorkshire.
Usage:
6 servings of tea loaf cake per pack
Preparation Tip:
Get the perfect slice by unfolding one end, peeling back the sides, and using a serrated knife to slice the cake with sawing action. Remember to clean the blade between slices.
